Patient Satisfaction Survey
The staff at PRIDE Institute strive to encourage our clients to have the best possible experience while in our care. Our goal is to exceed expectations. A client satisfaction survey is given to clients after completing their stay with us, and these surveys provide PRIDE with important feedback regarding our services. The survey asks clients to score the statements related to the care they received on a 1 – 5 scale, with 5 = strongly agree and 1 = strongly disagree. Here’s how clients rated us in 2014:

4.92 Stars Out of 5 – Overall I was very satisfied with my treatment.
4.90 Stars Out of 5 – I would recommend the facility to someone needing treatment.
4.75 Stars Out of 5 – Staff were sensitive to my language, cultural, and spiritual needs.
