From the moment Jess started as a Chemical Dependency Technician at PRIDE in October 2014, our clients and staff have recognized the passion and compassion that Jess brings to work every day. Clients respond to her practical and realistic approach and her kind but no-nonsense determination to assist them on their path to sobriety. Because she is working toward her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, she is always expanding her knowledge base and is able to effectively draw from that base as she assists our clients and enables them to feel safe and empowered. She is a guiding and stabilizing force on the tech/nursing team, and we know that everyone is in good hands when she is here.

Those of us who are aware of what challenges she and her family have faced over the past several months are amazed at the consistent grace, strength and fortitude with which she has overcome every situation. Her unfailing positive attitude and professionalism are very much admired and appreciated by our PRIDE staff.
